I worked extensively on the Blueair website which was launched in over 40 countries. We started by designing the new e-commerce experience and then adding content to support marketing and brand building.
We had consider regional nuances and I worked closely with the marketing, content and sales teams and devised a content strategy. We gathered feedback from many countries where Blueair has a presence and built a content plan.
We also simplified the way in which customers browsed the site. The site was very complex with many pages as well as back end functionality. The biggest challenge was that we had to build on the existing framework.
The development team were excellent. We pulled off the site launch in record time thanks to the unbelievable dedication from team members.
